When will I receive my jacket? 

We take 8 custom orders per month. Completion typically takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Expedited orders are available with a rush order fee. Contact to learn more. 

 

Can I wash my hand-painted jacket? 

We recommend hand washing and spot cleaning. The jacket will survive a washing machine but we cannot guarantee longevity with multiple washes.

How do I send my own nude to be on a jacket?

Custom Orders

Select your size and jacket to secure your order. We will follow up via email in 24-48 hours and begin your custom Marmalade piece!

What does it mean to work with the artist?  

Within 24 hours of requesting a commission, we will reach out and schedule a call or a visit to Marmalade Studios to discuss your design. Commissions are open for jackets, custom paintings, photoshoots, etc.

Can I return/ get a refund? ​

Hand-painted items are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your jacket please contact us at marmaladiez@gmail.com and we will work with you.
