Our DTLA studio is available for rent. 

 

The 1,000 sqft studio is located in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown. The industrial space features white walls with exposed beams, and a vaulted 12 ft ceiling. It is located on the second floor, with access to a freight elevator for easy load in. With the movable wall, full or partial studio rentals are available- see below for details. The studio also features secure entrance, 24/7 access, WIFI, AC and heating, restroom. It is ideal for intimate events, gallery openings, photo/video shoots, and to be used as a personal or shared creative space.

We provide the following:

• Amenities including: furniture (sectional and chairs), ladder *
• Freight elevator for easy load in

• The space has beautiful paintings, art, and equipment that can be a part of your event UPON DISCUSSION
